Overview
Cooling tunnel designed for post-fill temperature reduction of bottles using a water shower system. Unit allows bottles to accumulate and pass through a controlled cooling zone where water is applied to reduce product temperature following hot fill operations, improving seal integrity for lug caps. Shower cycle is adjustable via on/off control. Constructed of stainless steel with integrated conveyor system, drive motor, and control panel. Powered by a 2.95 kW, 220V, 60 Hz motor, the system is suitable for integration into beverage bottling lines.
