The CLA-950 is designed with 6 hardened and ground bed ways, 2 boxed ways supporting the carriage and 2 flat ways plus 1 V way supporting the tailstock and steady rest.
Both X and Y-axis are supported by the 2 boxed ways to handle heavy milling functions.
