The 2024 Kongskilde KIA 60 Aspirator System is a versatile piece of miscellaneous equipment designed for efficient material separation and dust collection. This used system incorporates reliable components, including two Kongskilde KIA 60 units partnered with a waste cyclone and dust collector. To enhance efficiency, the setup includes a Polyvac 50 with a custom stand, a 30-foot conveying pipe, an OK160 suction wand, and a flex hose to facilitate seamless material conveyance.

In addition to the primary aspirator units, the system features two more Polyvac 50 units, each with its custom stand and dust collector for improved material management. The control setup is comprehensive, featuring six Bindicator 24V DC Maxima units, a GRP-35, a folding double blade paddle, and a GRMP-1 multistage motor sequencer equipped with diverters. Designed for operational ease, the system is powered with a 460V feed and safeguarded by a 100A fused disconnect with a rotary handle.
