Overview
“T-Cleaner” for Granules and Flakes.
The System removes dust, film, scrap and paper (light materials) from the main product with the difference of the bulk density.

• Stainless steel vibrating elutriator separator machine
• Discharge flange with outlet Ø210mm (8.2 inches)
Flow control in painted steel:
• Blower 5.5 kW 380/400V 60Hz in Hardox steel
• Lighted area with inspection door to easily clean inside
• Connection pipes and bends 10 feet Ø160mm (6.2 inches)
Complete with all clamps:
• Cyclone for air diffusion and fines collection
Collector filter and sleeves:
• Output of about 6,000 lbs/hr
Stand is not included:
• maximum capacity plastic granules: 4 T/H (approx 8800 lbs/hr)
