Item # C420 Roller Hearth Heat Treatment Line with Salt Quenching Built by "Aichelin" approximately 2006 this line is designed to heat treat large bearing races. It consists of the following; Two identical furnaces lines installed side by side, electrically heated Prewash Preheat capable of 750F High heat furnace capable of 1650F with nitrogen/methanol atmosphere with natural gas addition. 5 zones of control. Salt Quench with salt tempering system. 2 tank wash system Entire system is completely automated. Currently installed and in production. Excellent condition. Further details available upon request.
