The 72” x .135” x 75,000 lb Automatic Feed Trapezoidal Cut-To-Length Line by Automatic Feed Company is a robust solution for processing various types of steel, including cold rolled, HRPO, and galvanized materials. Designed to handle a maximum coil weight of 75,000 lbs and a coil width up to 74", it operates efficiently with thicknesses ranging from 0.020" to 0.125". The line supports a maximum line speed of 300 feet per minute and provides a left-to-right line direction.
This used line includes key features such as a 19-roll leveler with 2.50" work roll diameter and a DC drive. The oscillating cut-off shear is capable of +/- 30° shear angles and comes with quick-change die sets, allowing for cuts in straight, trapezoid, and chevron shapes. It accommodates blank lengths from 24" to 168" and widths up to 74".
Comprehensive equipment is integrated, including dual magnetic blank stackers with a 14' capacity, and an extensive conveyor system for blank transport. Quality control is facilitated with a strip inspection table featuring non-marking belts. Enhanced versatility and efficiency are achieved with adjustable operator control stations, AC controls, and a closed-loop hydraulic system, underscoring the line's advanced industrial capability for precise and high-volume cut-to-length operations.
