Description
Used stainless steel horizontal ribbon blender by WAM GROUP S.p.A. (Italy) model WNHO2400E/0DK. Total capacity of the mixer is 2400 litres. Working capacity is approximately 1500-1700 litres. Stainless steel mixing chamber has internal dimensions of 1210 mm wide x 2000 mm length and is equipped with an inspection door located on the side wall measuring 1200 mm width x 450 mm height. Mixer has interrupted double counter-pitch ribbon screw which is made of magnetic non corrosive steel (ferritic steel). Agitator is driven by gearbox and belts by electric motor with power 18,5 kW, 1470 rpm, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed of shaft is approximately 29 rpm. Unit has central bottom discharge with dimension: width 175 mm x length 250 mm, equipped with pneumatically operated valve. Top cover of the mixer is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a central connection with a diameter of 390 mm.
