Synchronous Power Control Shaft Technology
The double-folding long material flanging machine is equipped with six 50mm synchronous shafts
on the flanging slider and clamping slider. The synchronous power shafts ensure the horizontality of
the flanging and clamping sliders, which is essential for forming arcs and prolonging the machine's
lifespan. The synchronous shafts eliminate uneven forces generated by hydraulic cylinders,
preventing distortions in the workpiece. They also enable dual-pump technology for the flanging
dies, increasing the machine's speed. All shafts operate smoothly on enclosed spherical bearings,
ensuring no jerky movements during forming
