Overview
Description
Aeroform Gas Heated Autoclave, originally built in 1992, with approximate internal dimensions of 2.8m x 1.8m, 7.5 bar working pressure and maximum temperature of 230°C. Gas heated by four burners with forced-air cooling. The autoclave is supplied with a loading trolley measuring approximately 3.4m x 1.28m, a standalone HPC compressor, an air receiver tank, a Busch vacuum pump and a spare unused vacuum pump.
The unit was updated in 2020 with a new digital control and data capture system, replaced its hydraulic door mechanism in 2025, and was last serviced by VFE / Busch in 2025. Located in the UK.
