Rated at 8 to 10 cases per minute depending on viscosity. For viscous material including shortening and margarine. Stainless steel filler with controls, load cells, and 4 conveyors. Infeed pipe to ss fill nozzles is 2: carbon steel. Uses 4 Mettler Toledo load cells - controls included. Has 2 automatic ss ball valves an 4 air operated ss modulating valves at nozzles. Includes 4 conveyor sections on load cells - Mettler controls in panel over Rice Lake model BM1818S-200, capacity 200 lbs each load cells). Can also fill, 25# cube boxes, 50 # cube boxes, 5 gallon (35 lb) pails, 25 kg boxes. Could be adapted for gallon and 1/2 gallon containers and smaller. Stainless so can be used with margarine, butter, or any other viscous product. Filler control panel measures 3 ft x 7 ft x 1 ft deep. Will have to be reprogrammed. In warehouse - ready to load
