## Bag In Box (BIB) Line ##
Packaging line for filling 35 pound fluid. This line consists of the case erector, filler, and case sealer plus the interconnecting roller/belt conveyors. Installed footprint 88 ft x 13 ft but can be configured differently.
- **Case Erector** - Moen PF106-TPB two piece Bliss case former. For more details - see asset R3401
- **Filler** - Rapak bag in box filler.with bag former/inserter. Single nozzle automatic bag filler. Includes Delrin conveyor through filler in a U shape pattern. For more details see R3402
- **Case Sealer** - Pearson N401-G case sealer. For more details see asset R3403
- Belt conveyor on rollers - interconnecting conveyors - see drawing.- Stainless steel surge tank approx 25 gallons with centrifugal filler pump.
