## PSA system (pressure swing adsorption) ##
- Built by Hydrochem in 1998 - never put in service.
- Rated at 750,000 scfd (standard cubic feet per day) = 30,000 scfh.
- This is an 8-bed design using Valteck valves.
- Vessels all are ASME pressure vessels MAWP 270 psig at 150F.
- Includes Dresser Rand hydrogen compressor on skid - discharge pressure 400 psig - MAWP 440 psig. See all nameplate details transcribed in photo. Compressor cylinder type VIP, nominal bore 12.5 inch, 1250 rpm, serial number 3VC200

Capable of purifying the gaseous composition of H2, CO2, CO, CH4, Ethane and Propane depending on the Mole% of each as long as there is NO Moisture/Condensate in those feed streams. This system can purify H2 better than 99.9%
