Rated at 1500 lbs/hr capacity with co-current single-pass superheated steam. Approx conveying air feed 1,973 acfm at 266F to 288F. (Max inlet temp 680F). Last was running soybean meal
- Evaporation rate 900 lb/hr. Set for 65% moisture IN and 5% moisture OUT at 1500 lb/hr feed rate.
- Dryer drum size is 1800 mm dia x 14750 mm drum length (5.9 ft dia x 48.4 ft length). Co-current flow. MOC stainless steel 304L. Cup flights around the perimeter - hollow middle
- Natural gas fired burner with controls and fire-eye, Blower, belt drive. Rated at 7.3 MMBTU/hr
- This is a steam dryer set up for either steam injection or water injection. Steam heated by hot air interchanger to 680F. Steam usage 4087 lbs/hr at 266F (approx 25 psig)
- Cyclone and vertical condenser
- Drag conveyer and 3 screw conveyors
- All controls including plc and touch screen HMI built into panel
- Electrical 200 amp service 460v. Starters and VFD\'s are located in the control cabinet. There are 4 VFD\'s. 60HP blower, 60HP conveying fan, 40 HP burner, 40HP drum motor.
- Footprint of entire system 65.4 ft x 36.4 ft x 16.4 ft tall (19950 mm x 11110 mm x 5000 mm tall)

In excellent operating condition. Idled in mid 2022. Tested operation again for 2 weeks in Aug 2024. See drawings in LINK
