Idle biodiesel plant, idled in 2010. Has 750,000 gallons of feedstock storage, 750,000 gallons of finished product storage, and a 100,000 gallon methanol tank. Rail spur holds well over 50 cars and probably closer to 95.

The plant has 1.5-million-gallons of feedstock and refined product storage and is well-situated to access the abundant animal fats market in the area, which provides a cheap feedstock for biodiesel production. With its direct rail link to the CSX national railroad and proximity to the port of Savannah, the plant has robust access to major biodiesel and fuel markets. The Property is currently developed with multiple structures and infrastructure associated with a former biodiesel production facility, including a biodiesel refinery building, large methanol and glycerin recovery columns, a boiler house, an aboveground storage tank (AST) farm, a former maintenance shop, multiple covered storage areas, a large exterior concrete storage area, a retention pond, overhead piping, a boiler scrubber pond, and a rail spur. The site is comprised of roughly 6.5 acres within an 18.7-acre parcel.
