Continuous Biodiesel Plant rated at 10 MGY for sale as a complete Asset Sale. Ready to Run - very little CapEx needed. Sale includes 6.7 acres land and buildings approximately 9600 sf under roof. Includes truck scale, loadout system, (10) tanks for 330,000 gallons + process tanks. Equipment and systems are maintained and ready to start, trained plant manager on site. Power and all utilities have remained on and plant has been maintained since being idled. Ready to start immediately. Continuous design with all new or renewed equipment. All stainless steel construction including piping. (except reactors). Brand new Goulds pumps and glycerin distillation system. Automatic operation through Allen Bradley plc and HMI control. No rail on site but there is a spur rail next door fed by Norfolk & Southern. Will require a renovation of existing track. The plant can handle RB and clean oils to 3% ffa. Plant was built in 2007, sold and completely renovated in 2016, operated until 2018 when idled. It has also had limited runs in May-June 2022.
