Stainless steel grade 409, late model rotary dryer system with cooling drum. The 3 pass rotary dryer drums continually lifts and showers the product through the moving air stream. System is based on dual (2) 13\' X 60\' triple-pass rotary drum dryers with trunnion and drives with controls, motors, including natural gas burners rated at 68 MMBTU/h with an 8:1 turndown, max thermal output of 42.200.000 kj/h, discharge cyclone, multi-clones, fans with motors, stack, all relating ducting and steel structure. These dryers are fired with natural gas or propane. Main cyclone at discharge of dryer has 3.66m diameter, secondary multicyclones (8/dryer) are 1.07m diameter each, stack is 37m above grade, Volumetric airflow rated 30.68 cubic meter/second. Original use was with wet distillers grain (corn) at 151,463 lbs/hr infeed at 67% moisture dried to 10% moisture for 21,071 lbs/hr output - see chart. Temp out of dryers is 185 F, and out of cooler is 25F above ambient. Evaporation rate is 45,439 lbs/hr (one dryer)
