Votator Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger 6x72 single barrel. Used - Model 1C672L, S/N 35464VA. This unit has a BWS jacket suitable for brine, water, steam. Lat use to cool lecithin edible oil with cooling water. All wetted surfaces are stainless steel 304, barrel is Chromium plated Nickel. Has fours rows of ss blades (24 total). MAWP tube 400 psi at 375F/-20F, jacket 150 psig at 375F/-20F. Heat exchange surface area 9 sq ft. Volume in tube (product) 910 cu in, volume in jacket 2,000 cu in. Driven by 20 HP black motor 460 3/60 with 1755 rpm/222 rpm out Physical weight of cylinder & tube is 1150 pounds. Total weight with frame & motor is approx 2500 pounds. See drawings in LINK.
