Cherry Burrell Votator Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger 6x72 single barrel. Used. Model 6SSHE, S/N 90294EC, Mfg Number 00-17418, A5136. This unit has a BWS jacket suitable for brine, water, steam. Last use was to cool lecithin edible oil with cooling water. Driven by Blue motor 20HP motor 460 3/60 with 1755 rpm/230 rpm out. All wetted surfaces are stainless steel 304, barrel is Chromium plated Nickel. Has 4 rows of ss blades (24 total). MAWP shell 250 psig at 375F/-20F, jacket 150 psig at 375F/-20F. Heat exchange surface area 9 sq ft. Gear reducer Reynold ser No. 3455353, size 5. ratio 7.63:1, output 230 rpm. Volume in tube (product) 880 cu in, volume in jacket 1080 cu in.
