Shell side Steam 324psi/307F, tube side HP Solvent 102psi/125F. ASME rated at shell 150 psi at 400F, tube 200 psi at 250F. TEMA Design NEN. Has 81 tubes 3/4\" 14 gage tubing, 0.75/0.083, empty weight 1913 #. Manufactured by Precision Pipe & Vessel in 2009 - ran only 42 days - like new. Material: shell is seamless pipe carbon steel SA-106 grade B, tubes are carbon steel 14 gage. We have drawing in Links. Used as High Pressure Liquid Heater on fp311. Still installed - allow 2-3 weeks for removal and loading.
