Complete skid with inlet air gas heater, fluidizing slurry tank, controls. This is an agitated flash dryer. GEA Model 6.3 Mobile Unit, ID No. 128-1650-1-01 built in 2009. Stainless steel skid size 86\" x 87\" x 82\" tall. Fluidizing slurry tank stainless is approx 3 ft dia x 3 ft tall with bottom scraped-wall blade agitator and outlet to screw conveyor.

Used for drying cellulose pastes prior to filtration. In feed tank, the vertical bottom driven agitator will disintegrate the viscous feed material into homogeneous feed. A specialized auger then pushes the slurry to the drying chamber.
