Reconditioning includes, complete disassembly of machine, sandblast and paint all carbon steel parts, remove gear pump, install end plate, Rebuild using all new parts, Bearings, seals, and O-rings (Viton), All Vibration Isolators units will be tested and come with manuals, some tools and one set of gravity discs. High speed balance will also be performed. 40 HP motor will be rebuilt or new depending upon timing. Welcome to inspect the machine as tests are run to verify balance.
