In order to fully reduce production times, the machining center is equipped with a hyper-performing operating group with 3 independent units.

HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
Tool changes in hidden time: the operator group features two independent units, with 4- and 5-axis electrospindles, each equipped with its own on-board tool changer.

NO LIMITS
The brand new “Optizone” patented system transforms the CNC bar machining centres: with a simple click, the size of the two work areas can be defined as early as the programming stage, according to the pieces to be machined. This function is also available for the clamps.

TOTALLY INDEPENDENT
With the SVP – Single Vacuum Pods function is possible to independently secure the pieces on each semi-table. Pieces can be loaded onto the machine by activating one suction unit at a time for an excellent management of the scraps.

FLEXIBILITY AND INNOVATION
Up to 106 tools always available on board with integrated QUADRO 35 and CADDY 35 tool changers, the last keeps on playing the dual role of tool changer and "warehouse" serving the other on-board tool changers.
