This 14" Double Mitre Saw is equipped with two heads one fixed on the left and one movable on the right, each having positive mitering stops at +45,-45 and 90 degrees. The machine is controlled by an electro-pneumatic system which enables the operator to select between three automatic working cycles: 1) Simultaneous cycling of both blades, 2)Alternate cycle allowing the machine to cut very short pieces at 45 degrees, 3) Single head cycling. The two standard pneumatic vertical clamps ensure the perfect stability of the workpiece. The unit also comes with standard overload protection on each of the two main motors. A wide variety of optional equipment is available for this system, such as additional vertical or horizontal pneumatic clamps, extended cutting length, brackets for short pieces, air over oil descent of the heads and spray mist system. The versatility of this unit makes it the perfect choice for any precision mitering application.
