Used stainless steel sigma blade double arm mixer by NAGEMA (Germany) type DMK 400. Working capacity 400 liter (105 gallon) and total capacity 550 liters. Internal dimensions of stainless steel mixing chamber 885 mm wide x 1005 mm long x 660 mm deep. Mixer has a carbon steel heating/cooling jacket with a capacity of 38 liters, designed to work at a pressure up to 2,5 bar and a temperature up to 138 C deg. Jacket is equipped with an electric heating system without control panel. Stainless steel SIGMA-type agitators are belt driven by an electric motor with a power of 15 kW, 1455 rpm, 50 Hz. Tilt unloading is driven by a gearbox and an electric motor with a power of 1.1 kW. Lack of stainless steel top cover and control panel.
