We were able to do a wash cycle.
Issues are that the display is very dim and hard to see.
But is somewhat visible.
Also there is a fuse in the rear panel that has a foil on it.
And if you remove the foil the fuse will blow.
We left the foil on there to allow the washer to work.
There is also a chip missing on the door handle.
The washer operates on 230V, single phase AC power.
