Used 2024 Qualtech Skid-Mounted HTST Pasteurization System with Alfa Laval Plate Heat Exchanger

System designed for sanitary liquid, gel, and viscous food product processing.

System includes a 2024 Alfa Laval FRONT6WS-FRM sanitary plate heat exchanger, tag 01-EXC-001, with 38 m² heat transfer area, 215 plates, and 7 bar MAWP at 110°C. Plate heat exchanger serial number AAN1005508, order number 8489665, with 1065 mm A-dimension and 0.7 mm plates. Unit is marked WideStream R1.

The system is equipped with sanitary stainless steel product piping, pneumatic sanitary valves, instrumentation, pressure gauge, stainless balance/holding vessel, and integrated Qualtech stainless steel control panel with touchscreen HMI. Skid is mounted on a stainless steel frame with adjustable feet and includes electrical wiring, air lines, and cable tray.
