The SMC AVL4000-N04-5DZM is a pneumatic soft start-up valve with lockout capability from the AVL 4000 Series. This valve provides lock-out capability to permit safe servicing of the equipment once the pneumatic supply has been shut off. It functions as an energy isolation device and should not be used as an emergency stop device.
