When not in use, close the stainless steel top cover to make a strong and sturdy worktop space. WINSTON BA1TA2 BREADER/SIFTER: Purpose Sift up to 25lbs. of breading in just two minutes. It separates dough balls while blending breading and seasonings to be reused. Easy-to-Use Lower the lid and you have additional work space for rolling, kneading, cutting and more.
