The CPO 315 RFA (Roll Feed Automatic) cold saw provides uninterrupted cutting on tubes, solids, and extrusions while supplying precise high quality cuts. This machine’s touch screen controls and newly added features decrease cycle times and make this saw faster & easier to operate than ever before! The RFA now has the ability to store profile settings such as speeds & feeds, which make changing material sizes even faster. This machine is ideal for high volume and long length applications that require clean accurate cuts.
The RFA saw comes equipped with either a supply table or a full bundle loading attachment. Both systems allow the saw to automatically load, trim, cut, and sort part lengths up to 120″ and hold ±0.006″ tolerance in length of tubing up to 3″ in diameter while continually providing a squareness tolerance of ±0.002″/diameter inch.
With optional equipment you can feed directly into a deburring machine or acquire form jaws that can handle thin wall applications without distortion. The American made Scotchman CPO 315 RFA Saw is available in ferrous and nonferrous models, designed to your specifications, and comes with a 2-year warranty.
