Featuring precision turned and ground high carbon steel rollers, all PEXTO manual roll benders are standard with fully enclosed gear housings and all three rolls are driven. The upper roll lifts for conventional removal of the work piece.

PEXTO 2-Inch Rolls
Pexto 2-inch slip rolls combine precision-turned, ground and polished high carbon steel rolls with heavy-duty, cast iron end frames and a welded steel base to make an accurate and durable forming tool. Convenient operating features include large roll adjusting screws, scales for quick repeat set-up, and a front-mounted cam handle-lever to lift the upper roll for ample material clearance removal of full-length work piece. These rolls feature three-gear drive, this ensure even starting and feeding of capacity materials. The models also feature constant drive of the rolls. All three rolls continue to drive throughout their adjustment range. The gears are fully enclosed for safety and protection from the elements.

PEXTO 2-1/2 Inch Rolls
Arranged for two handle operation through back geared drive for heavy-duty work. For light work back gearing may be disengaged for single crank direct drive. All gears fully enclosed. The machine comes standard with third roll drive.

PEXTO 3-Inch Rolls
The 3-Inch hand rolls are furnished with all three rolls driven. Rear roll has three full-length longitudinal grooves. Machine operates through back shaft at 4:1 gear reduction. Two handles supplied for heavy capacity forming. PEXTO slip rolls are engineered for long life and dependable accuracy. Smooth rear roll (no grooves) optional
