The next step up from Kingston’s workhorse 4” bore HR model is the
rugged 7.09" HP model. This machine delivers superior power and cutting performance on large and long workpieces. The powerful 30 HP spindle motor is 50% stronger than the HR and the loading capacity is nearly twice as much. The hardened-and-ground alloy steel spindle comes with two precision taper roller bearings, A2-15 spindle nose, and rear chuck adapter, and the gear box features 40 kinds of feed changes – while change gears enable the operator to cut imperial, metric, module, and diametrical pitch threads. Available in 34” and 40” swings and lengths from 80” to 280”, Kingston’s HP model is bigger, stronger, more precise, and more reliable than 6” bore machines.
