NEW 2025 AVEREX HS-450K

The 2025 Averex HS-450K is a new, high-performance horizontal machining center designed for precision and efficiency in manufacturing environments. Equipped with the AVEREX-FANUC MPro I Plus control system featuring a 15-inch color LCD and iHMI Operation, this machine ensures intuitive navigation and operation. The machining center features 400mm x 400mm pallets, with an upgrade option to 500mm x 500mm, and a robust BIG-PLUS® CAT-40 spindle taper capable of reaching speeds up to 15,000 RPM.

Powering the spindle is a 37kW/50HP motor delivering 249Nm of torque, while the machine offers an XYZ travel of 640/610/680mm, providing a versatile and spacious work area. With a 40-tool servo-driven ATC magazine, expandable as per needs, and a 2-pallet Automatic Pallet Changer, the HS-450K provides productivity with ease. The 30 Bar through spindle coolant ensures efficient cooling, with preparations in place for an optional upgrade to a 70 Bar system.

The machine also features a 1-degree index table, with an available option for a full 4th rotary table capable of 0.001-degree indexing, enhancing its precision machining capabilities. The sizable maximum work envelope accommodates pieces up to Ø 785mm x 1,000mm, making the 2025 Averex HS-450K an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications that require a combination of power, precision, and flexibility.
