The VARIA series adopts a modular design, with a stable turntable compression and support mechanism, precise positioning. Parallel injection platforms and L-shaped injection platforms are available for selection. It is suitable for the production of multi-color or multi-material plastic products. The clamping force ranges from 1300 to 25000 KN, and can excellently meet the needs of diversified industries such as automotive lighting, household appliances, daily necessities, stationery, and toys.
Modular structure adapts to different production requirements
There are options of parallel injection unit and L-shaped injection unit to meet different mold requirements; rotaries with 2-3 stations can be selected to achieve the production of 2-3 colors and materials; machines above 550T adopt a two-platen structure design, which occupies a small area and increases output per unit area.
Stable rotary table
The unique rotary table structure ensures stability and high precision. The independent double ejection cylinders provide strong ejection force.
