High rigidity and stability of mechanical structure

The spindle is driven by a fully enclosed flanged disk motor YE2-160L-6-B5, which is with power of 11kW, spindle speed 975rpm, it is transmit by a flexible coupling and the gear of the speed change mechanism. Depend on the mechanism, the spindle speed range from 30-1500rpm, 18 steps.
3 axe adopt high-precision ball screws, Y axis driven by motor directly, others driven by the synchronous belt, which devoted to high precision.
Three directions guideway are equipped with quenching and plastic coating, which can improve to high accuracy and long life.
