High rigidity and stability of mechanical structure
The spindle is driven by variable frequency motor, which is with power of 4kW and max. speed 5000rpm. It is transmit by a flexible coupling and the gear of the speed change mechanism. Depend on the variable frequency power to spindle, speed range from 200-2500rpm.
3 axe adopt high-precision ball screws, Y axis driven by motor directly, others driven by the synchronous belt, which devoted to high precision.
Three directions guideway are equipped with quenching and plastic coating, which can improve to high accuracy and long life.
