CASADEIE550 PMCR

The Casadei Industria E550 PMCR Edgebander is designed for applying edges up to 50mm high, 3mm thick from coils or 5mm solid wood lippings as strips at 9 m/min. The new 7" Touch screen control is very easy to use and can quickly swithc between functions showing a representation of the panel graphically on screen making it simple for operators to understand. The PMCR has premilling with Diamond tools standard, automatic front/rear cut-off saw, flush trim, corner rounding and a wide range of options including: Infrared panel heating, profile scraping, glue scraping, spray polishing compound and buffing on both sides of workpiece as well as the option of a special PUre glue pot. The Pre-milling cleans the edge to give a perfect straight glue line - the premilling will clean any inconsistencies from a poor saw finish, misaligned scorer or blunt blades. The unit is complete with a blower to clean the edge of the panel before the glue application. The Corner rounding unit finishes corners on straight and shaped panels up to 45mm high and edges up to 3 mm thick. The machine has 3 free spaces for additional finishing units LIST OF OPTIONS: Release agent spray Infrared lamp Edge Scraping unit Glue Scraping unit Polishing Spray Buffing unit "PURE" Glueing unit Extra Panel supporting roller conveyor An extra interchangeable glue pot is available.
