Used Precision Stainless 2,500 liter (660 gallon) pharmaceutical-grade reactor constructed from 316L stainless steel, designed for high-purity and temperature-controlled processing applications. This vertical vessel features a dished top and bottom with a fully integrated dimpled jacket for efficient heating and cooling.
The reactor is rated for 50 PSI internal pressure and full vacuum operation across a wide temperature range from -20°F to 300°F. The jacket is rated for 100 PSI, allowing for precise thermal control using various heating or cooling media.
Equipped with a robust agitation system, the vessel includes a 1" diameter x 7' long stainless steel shaft with (3) 16" diameter disc blades featuring 3" wide paddles, ensuring effective mixing and product uniformity. The tank includes multiple ports and an 18" manway for accessibility, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical processing environments.
