Description
Used Precision Stainless 2,500 liter (660 gallon) 316L stainless steel agitated reactor designed for high-purity pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications. This vertical vessel features dished top and bottom heads and is engineered for both pressure and vacuum service across a wide operating temperature range.
The reactor includes a dimpled jacket rated for 100 PSI, enabling efficient heating and cooling control. Internally rated for 50 PSI and full vacuum, this vessel is built for demanding process conditions. The agitation system features a 1" diameter x 7' long shaft with (3) 16" diameter disc blades with 3" paddles, providing effective mixing and product uniformity.
Equipped with an 18" manway and multiple top nozzles, along with a 2" center bottom outlet, this pharmaceutical-grade reactor is ideal for controlled mixing, reaction, and formulation processes.
