USED 2018 BAYKAL APHS 31120
Overview
The Baykal APHS 31120 is a CNC hydraulic press brake designed for machining flat metal materials up to 3100 mm in length. It features a maximum bending capacity of 120 tons and operates with a precision of 0.01 mm. The press brake is equipped with a high-quality design made of ST44-2 steel, ensuring minimal deflection under full load. Safety features include emergency stop buttons and a laser safety system that automatically stops the machine if the laser beam is interrupted.

Full electronic synchronization with proportional valve technology
assuring maximum bend accuracy and repeatability through
constant monitoring and correction of beam parallelism by a
CNC system +/- .0004 parallelism and repeatabiIity.
Stroke-depth measurement through high-precision linear scales
which are bed referenced for the best bending repeatability
CNC-controlled backgauge on ballscrew spindles with AC servo
motor for precise accuracy and speed.
Block-type European hydraulics.
Large electrical cabinet for maximum ventilation.
