- Automatic CNC Control: Provides precise and repeatable seat cutting, counterboring, reaming, and valve guide machining

- Heavy-Duty Spindle: 3.150-inch (80 mm) diameter spindle designed for rigidity and chatter-free operation, capable of vertical travel of 8 inches (200 mm). The outer spindle support bearings are adjustable over their full length for optimal alignment

- 360° Roll Over Fixture: Standard on the SG80A, this fixture allows large 24-valve cylinder heads to be clamped relative to the head gasket fire deck and rotated fully in one setup, reducing the need for multiple fixture setups

- Valve Seat and Guide Range: Supports valve seat diameters from 0.550” to 8.25” and valve guide diameters from 0.160” to 1.5”

- Multi-Angle Cutting Capabilities: Works with CNC ground fine-grain carbide inserts, allowing single-angle, multi-angle, curved or radius-shaped seat cuts that are faster and more cost-effective than traditional grinding

- Floating Workhead with Air Cushion: Enables the workhead to automatically float for fine centering in the valve guides, ensuring high precision and minimal operator errors

- Touch Screen Control: Ergonomically placed for ease of access, it provides feed control, workhead clamping, air float activation, and digital readouts for depth, enhancing operator productivity
