Unused Groninger Aseptic Vial Filling Line, speeds up to 150 vials/minute.  Line is designed to CE-norms. Set up for 3 mL, 5 mL with 13mm neck size, 10R, 10Ml, with 20mm neck size, speeds up to 150 vials/minute, 20H, with 20mm neck size, speeds up to 60 vials/minute, and 30mL with 20mm neck size range, speeds up to 50 vials/minute.  Project Order# 1361274-04. Line consisting of the following: DTE1000 Feeding unit , 14 – 95mm object diameter, 23 – 230mm object size range. ASVK50 Cleaning unit , 16.00 – 51.60mm object diameter, 33 – 95mm object height range. Laminar flow Protection LF-Unit covers machine infeed, transfer conveyor from washing machine outfeed to sterilizing tunned infeed. ETE1000 Feeding unit , 16 – 68mm object diameter, 30 – 125mm object size range. STH1111 fully automatic Sterilization and Depyrogenation unit ,  16 – 100mm object diameter, 30 – 175mm object size range, 1155mm wide mesh wire conveyor, heating module with HEPA class H13 class A cleanroom rated, cooling module with sealing partition and filter. RFVG-200 Filling unit , rated to process vials between 2R and 100H, speeds up to 9000 containers/hour with a (3) head configuration with 100% check weighing, combination of filling system with rotary piston pump and peristaltic pump, continuous infeed, transfer system to intermittent motion walking beam filling system, 100% In-Process control, Stoppering, transfer system from intermittent motion to continuous motion, continuous discharge, with pre-gassing, post-gassing and gassing during stoppering, servo-adjustable walking beam filling system, re-stoppering function.
