Description
The Alto-Shaam 750-SK Halo Heat® smoker oven is designed to hold 100 pounds of food at a time, helping the unit know when the cook is finished so it can move into hold mode to keep the food ready until it's served. A probe monitors the cooking process, which can be viewed on the digital display. This display enables operators to program a variety of recipes as needed.
Accompanying the Alto-Shaam 750-SK commercial smoker oven are a variety of accessories, including nine full-size pans, a rib rack, two stainless steel shelves, and a sample pack of various wood chip types. The unit is made of stainless steel for durability and sits on four casters: two ridged, and two swivel and lockable.
