USED 2023 READCO CBM2040

Unused 2023 Readco Kurimoto Model CBM-2040 Containerized Batch Mixer System. Consists of painted steel drive station with (2) approximately 40 cu.ft. removable 316 stainless steel process vessels mounted on mobile stainless steel frames. Vessels have cone bottoms, 20 Ra internal finish, 63 Ra external finish, 12" butterfly discharge valves, liquid addition provisions and removable process-head assemblies with 11-3/4" diameter whisk-type impellers. Drive station rated for 12 rpm vessel tumble speed and variable process bar speed from 0 to 2,250 rpm. Driven by 20 HP TEFC tumble drive motor and 60 HP TEFC process bar drive motor, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz. Includes frequency inverter, timer, variable-speed impeller control and HMI touchscreen in separate NEMA 12 enclosure. Drive station weight approximately 13,000 lbs. Serial number 108782.

Based on the Readco CBM design, this system was built primarily for batch blending of dry powders and granular materials, with the ability to add a small controlled amount of liquid during mixing.
