The Beverage-Air FB19HC-1G freezer includes a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that maintains temperatures at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Three adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves accommodate different types of frozen food packaging. Its gray aluminum interior resists corrosion and reflects light, and the one-piece grille can be removed quickly for maintenance. The unit performs adaptive defrost cycles and uses hot gas condensate evaporation to minimize ice buildup without electrical defrost heaters.
