Description
Featuring two side racks, the Alto-Shaam 750-CTUS heated holding cabinet can hold six full-size sheet pans at once, and the racks are spaced 3 inches apart, leaving plenty of room for dishes. Food is heated by a fanless, Halo Heat® system to help ensure it doesn't shrink or dry out. Employees can choose a temperature between 60 and 200 degrees with the control knob, and once at temperature, the unit's indicator light will turn off. The interior's current temperature level is displayed on an external gauge for convenient monitoring.
Because this Alto-Shaam 750-CTUS heated cabinet is constructed of strong stainless steel on the inside and outside, it resists scratching, denting, warping, and rusting. Its French doors are split down the middle and stay shut tight with their latching handles. Vents in the front give the user control over airflow and, when open, help prevent food sogginess.
