Description
The Alto-Shaam 750-CTUS heated holding cabinet warms food with a Halo Heat® system that distributes heat without fans, preventing foods from drying out and shrinking. It maintains holding temperatures between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature level is adjustable with a knob on the front. Employees can check the current temperature at any time with the gauge and watch the indicator light cycle on and off as the element adds heat.
Because the front's French doors are split in the middle, operators can only access half of the interior at a time. This Alto-Shaam 750-CTUS heated cabinet comes with two side racks, and each one accommodates a full-size sheet pan with 3 inches of clearance for the pan and food. Locking handles keep the doors securely closed until food is retrieved. For quick cleanup, the side racks are removable, and the cabinet is constructed of stainless steel inside and out.
