Description
To enable mobility, the Alto-Shaam AR-7H-DBLPANE Halo Heat® heated holding cabinet is equipped with four castersa€”two swivel and two rigid with brakes. A single-compartment unit, it measures 38 1a"8 inches wide by 32 1a"16 inches deep by 40 1a"2 inches high overall and is furnished with four stainless steel wire shelves. The rest of the unit is also constructed of stainless steel for strength and rust resistance.
The Alto-Shaam AR-7H-DBLPANE warming cabinet is built with a solid back to minimize heat loss. It has a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and uses gentle Halo Heat to surround food and maintain its quality for extended periods. To prevent unauthorized temperature adjustments, it has a built-in lockout feature. This unit can accommodate 24 chicken boats with six per shelf and is stackable with other units to conserve space.
