Description
The Alto-Shaam 20-20GCLASSIC full-size combi oven is designed for high-volume cooking and features a roll-in design to improve kitchen efficiency. It holds up to (20) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans (not included) or 480 pounds of food. The oven supports three cooking modesa€”boilerless steam, convection, and combinationa€”offering versatility for a variety of recipes. Its 7-inch programmable touchscreen includes Absolute Humidity Control® for precise cooking adjustments.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam 20-20GCLASSIC combi oven is built for durability and reliability. High-efficiency LED interior lighting enhances visibility, while the SafeVent® steam venting system ensures safe operation. It includes a roll-in cart with 20 non-tilt support rails and 10 wire shelves for streamlined organization. The retractable rinse hose and automated cleaning cycles enhance the cleaning process during and after busy shifts.
