Description
The Alto-Shaam 6-10GCLASSIC full-size combi oven is constructed of stainless steel for durability and longevity in commercial kitchens. Its boilerless design supports three cooking modesa€”steam, convection, and combination cookinga€”providing flexibility for diverse menu preparation. A 7-inch programmable touchscreen controller with a USB access port simplifies recipe customization and operation. The Absolute Humidity Control® ensures precise moisture adjustments, and five fully automated cleaning cycles reduce manual maintenance.
Featuring a 72-pound capacity, the Alto-Shaam 6-10GCLASSIC combi oven holds seven 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans or six 18-inch by 13-inch half-size sheet pans. It includes two side racks with seven non-tilt support rails for secure placement. For interior visibility, this unit features high-efficiency LED lighting, and operators can use the retractable rinse hose during and after shifts for convenient cleaning. Its right-hinged door enables easy access during operation.
