Description
The Alto-Shaam 1000-SK/II Halo Heat® smoker oven enhances product flavor with smoke from wood chips. It includes six authentic wood chip samples and a 60-minute timer to regulate the smoke. Its Halo Heat provides light, even heat around foods, cooking without it shrinking or losing moisture. For intuitive use, the temperature levels for cook and hold are adjustable with separate control knobs.
After cooking, this Alto-Shaam 1000-SK/II smoker oven holds food at warm serving temperatures and can tenderize meat. Because it transitions into hold mode automatically, it requires little monitoring and can even cook food overnight. It is constructed of stainless steel for durability and swift cleaning. The side racks and drip pan are removable for cleaning, and to mop spills off the floor, this unit can be moved on its full set of casters.
